CV Setu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. The resume templates and generated documents are for your own professional and personal use.

3. Intellectual Property

The resume templates, design assets, and underlying code of CV Setu are the property of CV Setu. The content you input (your personal details, work history, skills) remains entirely your own. We claim no ownership over the resume documents you create using our tool.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or that any employer or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will accept your generated resume.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CV Setu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Third-Party Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements, which helps us keep the Service completely free. These third-party ad networks may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your interests. We have no control over the content of those ads and are not responsible for them.
